Pasteurized Cocoa Pulp
Ecuadorian
A super food waiting to be popularized in the United States! This product was unavailable until recently when a friend of the Cocoa Terroir family in Ecuador invented a way to pasteurize and flash freeze the pulp of the cacao plant. Fresh pulp can now be transported safely to the United States for use in beverages, both dry and alcoholic in nature. A fantastic natural sweetener this sweet citrus product can make any company stand out from the crowed.

Who is Cocoa Terroir?
Cocoa Terroir was founded in August of 2017 by Juan Carlos Carrion, Peter Butler, and Juan Andres Carrion. The goal set forth was to provide skilled Ecuadorian farmers with an avenue to sell their goods at a fair price to the largest chocolate consuming market on earth. With three executive members and a team of sales associates we seek out high quality South American goods and offer them for direct import into the United States. Let us help you with your raw material needs and supply you with ethically sourced, high quality, and unique materials to take your company to the next level.
Farms
Both friends and family is what ties us to these farms.
We work directly with farmers to bring their goods to the United States in order to help pay the best prices the market will allow. We share deep ties with several of our largest partner farms. Some are owned by family and friends others are owned by community minded partners. The two things that are always consistent though are quality and community. We hope you enjoy the slide show of some of our partner farms and executive members as they visited.
